Event Accommodations
Caregivers and service animals are permitted and can be declared in the registration portal. Caregivers will need a spectator pass.

On-Site Accommodation
The Hawaiʻi Convention Center is an ADA-compliant facility and provides reasonable accommodations for attendees. Learn more about these features on their website.
The Hawai‘i Convention Center provides a variety of accessibility services, including wheelchair and mobile scooter hire. Click here to get more information on these services. All signage and tournament announcements will be in English. We will also have translators available for ad-hoc assistance in, at a minimum, the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Other languages may also be supported.
